Join us on December 12th for the first H1Z1 Showdown — a tournament that pits 75 awesome Battle Royale players against each other for fame and glory. Want to be a part of the action? Show the H1Z1 team you are a #BRBadass and we'll invite some of the top players to join the event. Check below for all the details!

- Daybreak will donate $.50 for every Showdown crate key sold between 11/10/15 and 12/12/15 to the charity Share Our Strength.

Showdown Results
Congratulations to JerkChicken for winning the H1Z1 Showdown! The winner will be working with the Development Team to help design an item for a future crate. We also want to congratulate Team Abduction for performing best overall in the event. PhazePyre, the Captain of Team Abduction, will be designing an in-game sign, billboard, or statue for all to behold, commemorating this achievement.

The Showdown
The server captain(s) will select 14 players to represent their server in the Showdown. Additionally, Daybreak will select 5 community members to partake in the Showdown. The players selected by Daybreak will be drafted by the server captains, so that each of the 5 servers has 15 players to represent their server. The tournament will take place at 12pm PST on December 12th, and consist of four (4) standard Battle Royale matches.
Players will receive points based on their finishing place in each game, where 1st place receives 75 points, and last place receives 1 point. Everyone participating in the Showdown will receive the Crown Military Backpack skin, and the top ten players will receive the Showdown Gold AR15 skin. The player that proves to be the ultimate #BRBadass will get to help design an item named after him/her for a future crate. Not forgetting the captains that helped to cultivate awesome teams, the server captain(s) whose team performs the best overall will get to help design an in-game sign, billboard, or statue for all to behold!
Get Involved
Play at least one Battle Royale match from 11/6/2015 to 12/6/2015 to receive the Showdown Crown Shirt skin on 12/11/2015.
While you are at it, rack up those kills and match wins, and we will invite some of the best performing Battle Royale players to participate in the Showdown.

Each week the servers will stream matches, so check out the TEAMS section for days, times, and links. Then, Jimmy Whisenhunt will join the server captains at the Daybreak studio to bring you all the Showdown action everyone will be talking about!

The Showdown Crate
