A Note for Guardian Crate Purchasers

More details regarding a recent Guardian Crate grant.

To our H1Z1 PS4 community -

We discovered that there were some inconsistencies when unlocking Guardian Crates - items were not being granted correctly. We fixed the issue during rolling server restarts on Wednesday, September 19 at 12PM PDT, and all Guardian Crate purchases moving forward now grant the correct items.

All players who previously purchased Guardian Crates have been granted an equivalent amount of new corrected Guardian Crates. All items you may have unlocked from your opened Guardian Crates will remain on your account.

If you still had unopened Guardian Crates as of Wednesday's rolling server restarts, we replaced those unopened Crates with new unopened Guardian Crates that now contain the correct item grants.

We apologize for this inconvenience and assure you we are doing our best to catch and immediately fix issues like this as soon as we learn about them. Thank you for your continued support and dedication to H1Z1 on PS4, and we hope you enjoy all your new and recently purchased Guardian Crate items!
